This week the students are learning about Typography which is an extremely important part of graphic design. A good Typographer is someone who communicates a point of view with creativity and imagination. The students will learn how to take a basic font and alter it to suite their own individual styles of design.
My students never fail to amaze me with their imagination and creativity - these designs are FANTASTIC!!! All of the students are developing confidence with using the Adobe skills covered, resulting in them working more independently. Keep up the awesome work Pukaki :-)
So far the students have combined shapes, graphics, symbols and type to create their designs (see images below).
